1. Cancellation
As the tours and services we arrange for you are booked in advance from relevant hotels, airlines, suppliers, and other third-party providers, their individual terms and conditions and cancellation policies will apply in addition to TravelAssistDesk.com’s own Terms and Conditions. Such supplier policies may change without prior notice.
TravelAssistDesk.com does not take responsibility for the quality or execution of services directly provided by hotels, airlines, excursions, or other third-party establishments, as these are beyond our control.
In case of schedule changes or cancellations initiated by an airline, TravelAssistDesk.com cannot be held responsible, as such changes are at the airline’s discretion.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out at hotels are subject to availability. We do not guarantee such requests and accept no responsibility if they are not fulfilled by the hotel.
2. Refunds
TravelAssistDesk.com reserves the right to determine the amount of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a tour due to force majeure or any other circumstances. The refund amount will be calculated based on factors such as the number of participants, supplier cancellation policies, and other operational considerations. The decision of TravelAssistDesk.com regarding the refund shall be final.
Refunds (if applicable) for amendments or cancellations will be processed by TravelAssistDesk.com directly to the client.
No refund will be provided if the client does not, or cannot, utilize any pre-booked service (including meals, hotel stays, entry tickets, excursions, etc.) or for lost, misplaced, or destroyed travel documents, tickets, or vouchers.
The company is not liable for any consequential loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred by the client for any reason whatsoever.
3. Passports and Visas
All travelers departing from India must have a valid passport and the necessary visas. It is your responsibility to ensure your travel documents meet the requirements of all relevant immigration and government authorities. Any fines, penalties, or additional costs incurred due to non-compliance will be solely your responsibility.
All expenses related to visa or passport processing (including interviews) are borne by you and are not included in the package cost.
Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. TravelAssistDesk.com acts only as a facilitator to submit applications and supporting documents.
If a visa is rejected or delayed due to incomplete documentation, late submission, or the decision of the consulate, TravelAssistDesk.com will not be liable. Visa rejection will result in forfeiture of the booking amount, and no claims will be entertained.
The duration, validity, and number of entries granted on a visa are determined entirely by the issuing authority.
4. Flight Reconfirmation
You must reconfirm your onward and return flight departure times at least 24 hours prior to each journey, as schedules may change.
5. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Standard hotel check-in/check-out time is 12:00 PM (IST). Costs for early check-in or late check-out are not included in your package. While we can make requests on your behalf, fulfillment depends on hotel policy, seasonal demand, and room availability.
6. Extra Use of Vehicle
The cost of the vehicle (car/coach with driver) covers only the agreed-upon transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary. Any extra usage will incur additional charges unless explicitly stated in the itinerary.
7. Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
